This past week has been a mix of advancements and difficulties, but we remain committed to our February opening. However, all elements need to align perfectly for this to happen. This next week is pivotal to ensuring we stay on track. We've made tangible progress with the installation of a mop sink, which will help in cleaning up “Spill’dBeans”. Your encouragement through comments would mean a lot to us.

We are absolutely blown away! We launched this page just a few weeks ago, and we already have so many LeRoyans ready for coffee & tea. Thank you!

Since there is so much excitement, we wanted to give you a sneak peek at the space. We don’t want to guess what you want, we want to build this shop for you.

We put together a super short survey to ask the important questions (like what hours you would like us to be open, and what pastries or snacks you would like for us to offer).

We would like your input to help us create our menu. Drop a ☕️ or comment "SPILL’D BEANS" below, and we’ll message you the private link! Everyone who completes the survey (and provides us with contact information) will get a coupon for our Opening Week in the month of February, and maybe a few more special perks!

Hello LeRoy!
We would like to take a minute to introduce ourselves. We are Justin & Missy Morfey (Ashlie Marcy’s parents) and we are excited to announce that we will be opening Spill’d Beans Coffee & Tea right here in downtown LeRoy IL!
We will be inside the already wonderful Garden Grove Floral Design shop at 222 E Center St, at the corner of Center & East just west of the Princess Theatre.
We have been working on this plan for a while now and are planning for a February opening.
We invite you to follow us here on our Spill’d Beans page, so we can keep you all in the loop! We cannot wait to bring you coffees teas cocoa and pastries as well as meet those of you that we haven’t had the pleasure of meeting yet!
We will be a small shop, with to go options as well as just a few seats, but we have big ideas and will do our very best for our LeRoy family! We hope you are as excited as we are for this new adventure.
