This is a very hard post for me to write. I have been putting it off for quite a while now, but I feel I owe it to our customers to give them a heads-up on what we are doing.
We have decided to not renew or food establishment license which currently runs out at the end of this month for our LeRoy location. Our last day will be March 30th. We did not make this decision lightly, but for the overall health of our business and our family this just had to happen. The bottom line is we are spreading ourselves too thin and cannot continue on our current trajectory. I absolutely hate admitting defeat, but really this isn’t about me. It’s about making an informed business decision that we believe will make our brand stronger going forward. We very much appreciate all of the smiling faces we have seen come through the door over the last 9 months and aologize for letting you down.
Our Burlington location will continue operating and we look forward to seeing you there when you’re in town. We have exciting things planned for 11th Lane Roastery once we have consolidated our efforts.
