Busy day in the area today!! Lots going on. Made some light rye bread today. Still have some cream puffs and blueberry cream cheese rolls. Muffin man made lemon crumb muffins this morning!

Fresh breads today are French, Sourdough, Dark Russian Rye and focaccia.

Today is our freezer day sale!! breads are $2 and pastries are $1.75
Everything was frozen the day it was made. Betsy has to defrost the freezer😏

Made some Brioche bread and Anadama bread. Also have one peach pie, 2 coconut cream pie and 2 pumpkin pies today.

Tim thinks I’m crazy. It seems the more tired I am the more I Bake… what’s up with that? So today we have walnut fudge brownies, blueberry carrot cake bars, later today I’ll have pumpkin pie and coconut cream pie. The cases are full! Coffee is on.

Today marks a special day…happy Birthday, Anne Swisher!! 😊and because of that, today is also our 50th wedding anniversary. We chose Anne’s birthday for our wedding date.

God has blessed us with 4 wonderful children and 16 wonderful grandchildren and 3 sweet great grandchildren. We are so blessed.
