From planning and preparation to traffic control, event support, emergency response readiness, and countless hours of service throughout the weekend, their dedication helps ensure that Ice Cream Days is a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

As you enjoy the festivities, please remember to follow event signage, be aware of your surroundings, and show patience and kindness to the officers, firefighters, and volunteers working hard to keep our community safe.

If you've ever gotten a Mystery Lotus that somehow became your new favorite drink, there's a good chance Kim was behind it. 💫
Kim has been part of the Bellissimo family for almost 4 years, and her favorite part of the job is getting to know our customers and dreaming up fun Mystery Lotus combinations.
Her go-to drink? A Brown Sugar Salted Honey Swirl. 🍯☕️
When she's not at Bellissimo, you'll find her taking walks with Lola, playing pickleball with Gavin and Maya (fair warning: she may be just a little competitive 😏), adding yet another plant to her ever-growing collection, and spending time with her family. ❤️

The partnership with Bellissimo Coffeeworks is such a joy! Thank you to everyone that supported both of us locals today! I know we all appreciate each and every one of you.

As of now we’re planning a supper service in Le Mars next week. Details will be shared once we make the plans.

Thursday, June 11 (TOMORROW)!! We’re staying open until 2pm tomorrow for all of your caffeine and pizza dreams 🤩

We’re back!!
After many days of trains, puzzles, parks, celebrating a 3rd birthday with cupcakes and ice cream and many, many important toddler questions, we are back to making pizza!

We are partnering with our favorite baristas once again at Bellissimos in Le Mars. Find us THURSDAY JUNE 11th for lunch from 11:00-2:00.

Grab a cold drink, a hot drink and a hot pizza to make it the best lunch ever. You are welcome to eat your pizza inside while enjoying all the above.

If Maisie’s making her drink, she’s grabbing a Spring Fling Lotus 🌸—and she has a hot take she’s willing to defend: Lotus drinks are even better with a splash of lemonade. 🍋😏
When she’s not serving up smiles, she’s dreaming about crossing a trip to the Bahamas off her bucket list. 🌴✈️ Her favorite holiday is the 4th of July because who doesn’t love sunshine, fireworks, and summer fun? 🇺🇸🎆
