Hello all,
I recently had the privilege of sitting down with Dina and David, the owners of Junction Korean & International Cuisine and Junction Remix Five Eighty here in Lawton. From the moment we started talking, it was clear that they are not only incredibly hardworking business owners, but genuinely kind people who care deeply about their family, employees, and the community they serve. They are huge into the supporting Lawton’s local businesses and helping them thrive. It’s not about competition, it’s about community, respect and love.
One of the things that stood out to me most was the way they spoke about their team. They don’t simply see their employees as staff. They are treated like family! That kind of care and respect shines through in everything they do, and it’s a big part of what makes both restaurants feel so welcoming! I love that so much and wish this was reflected all over the world.
I was just captivated when going into the Junction Remix, out on 52nd ST, Lawton. The atmosphere is warm, spotless, and beautifully maintained, creating a space where you immediately feel comfortable. It’s obvious they take great pride in providing an experience that is just as memorable as the food itself! It genuinly feels like a safe space to sit down and enjoy yourself.
And speaking of the food… WOW! 🤲❤️
Everything is freshly prepared by their talented chefs, and you can truly taste the care that goes into every dish. While Junction proudly honors its authentic Korean roots from the precious owners, Dina and David have also created a menu with a wonderful variety of international favorites. There is something for anyone and everyone. They even offer gluten-free options, ensuring more guests can enjoy a delicious meal together. ❤️
Dina and David have built something that brings people together, and that passion is reflected in every detail. It is from the exceptional customer service to the welcoming environment they’ve created. They poured their heart and soul into both of these restaurants over these past several years, serving the community of Lawton with nothing but excellence and care. Thank you so much for that!
