Brenton and Jim Gardner and is part of the original farm begun over one hundred years ago by their grandparents E.K. Whittaker and Lois Childress Whittaker. Chef Eric White is an acting partner at Whittaker Beef. Our farm raised beef prepared by his talented hands results in exceptional takeout meals.
