We will be closed today in honor of Memorial Day! We will be back tomorrow (Tuesday) for our regular business hours.

Biemers will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today! If you're crazy enough to brave this cold weather (like some of us over here are) then feel free to stop by for a warm meal. Supplies are low for the day but we are looking to serve whomever may be out and about today.

We will be closing up today at 4pm to allow our staff the chance to get home to family and friends for the New Years celebration ahead.

We will be closed all day January 1st and will return for normal business hours on Friday, January 2nd.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a Happy New Years and to thank you for your support throughout 2025. While life may be full of ups and downs, we will forever be grateful for each and every one of you who graces us with your presence. Whether it be once a week, once a month, or once a year. Thank you for allowing us to continue doing what we do.

Today (Wednesday, November 26th) we will be open from 11 am to 5 pm! Come on by and pick up some food for the Thanksgiving holiday!

We will be running a few different specials today!

Our lunch special will be the pulled pork sandwich with french fries and a drink.

In addition to that! We will be discounting our ribs and our smoked ham for the day. A full slab of ribs will be $25 plus tax and a pound of our smoked ham will be $15 plus tax!

Come on by, say hello, and pick up some food for your Thanksgiving week!

The holiday season is fully upon us!

If you'd like to have any BBQ at the Thanksgiving table, get your orders in soon! You can give us a call at 785-842-0800 or simply swing by the shop and let us know what you'd like!

We are planning to be open on Wednesday, November 26th from 11 am to 5 pm (or until food runs out)! We will remain closed for Thursday, Friday and Saturday but will return for regular hours on Monday, December 1st.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We would love to see you between now and the holiday. Have a fantastic Thanksgiving!

With Thanksgiving rapidly approaching, we wanted to remind folks about the smoked turkey breasts we offer every year!

This year we will be selling our 8-9 pound smoked turkey breast (all white meat) for $70 before sales tax! Along with that, we are going to be offering our double smoked hams for the first time. The smoked hams will be $55 before sales tax! Pick up for them would be November 26th (the day before Thanksgiving).

If you're interested, give us a call! We will be taking reservations for them over the next several weeks!
