Thank you 🥇🫶 He’s a one-of-kind person unlike anyone we’ve ever known, or ever will. Chef Rozz, we couldn’t be more proud to serve (and eat!) your food, weekend after weekend, in this tiny farmhouse that has become home to your Saltwell family. 🍃 These feral chickens love you. Your goats and those super annoying geese and the cutest ducks on earth love you. That longhorn dairy cow, McKinzie, and the one that sticks his tongue out constantly, loves you. All those damn cats you can’t seem to part with, love you. Truffle, the dog who adorably annoys us EVERY SINGLE shift while she waits to come out from the… “barn”, loves you. And we love you, so deeply. Congratulations chef. What a ride!

When one door closes, as they say, one eventually opens. After closing our juice cafe in 2019, Thuy Soldner (a longtime devoted employee and manager) took her passion for cold-pressed juice and started her own company. Now, she and her husband, Jay Soldner own delivering weekly subscriptions of cold-pressed juice blends and protein balls all over town, and soon, extending into the Kansas City market.

What i can tell you for sure is that her juice is delivered to my doorstep every Sunday, and it is the greatest gift I’ve ever bought myself. For those of you who don’t know a lot about cold-pressed juice, it is unpasteurized, therefore the nutrition is still in tact. Her blends are the best I’ve ever had. Her customer service is unlike any other.
