Some big changes are in the works for Mr. Bacon BBQ! We'll be handing over the reins in the coming year and moving on to some big exciting projects but we want to end this year with a bang! We're making one last big run to our friends in Manhattan and Kansas City for old times sake. Thank you all so much for supporting Mr. Bacon BBQ these last 3 years, it hasn't always been easy but building a family and this community has made every single smoke load worth it!

Holiday Drop-Off Menu:
1. Thanksgiving Mealrock: smoked Turkey and the fixins stuffed into Bierock dough served with brown gravy. 1/$5 2/$9
2. Rasher of bacon 1/$5 2/$9
3. Pig-in-a-pumpkin: smoked pork loin roasted in a pumpkin with hard cider, each lb is served with a portion of the porky pumpkin mash. $15/lb
4. Brisket burnt Ends: $22/lb
5. Barbacoa Brisket: $22/lb

4 oz jar of spices or sauces: $5 or $12 for a set of 3.

Tuesday 11/22 drop off for Kansas City
Wednesday 11/23 drop off in Manhattan between 5:30-6:30 by the stage in city park
Topeka to or from Manhattan on Wednesday.

The weather's turned chilly and that means we're heading indoors for the weekly farmers market. No hot food but we will be popping by from 5:30-6:00 with select cold and frozen items. Sauces and spices of course, frozen burritos and bierocks naturally, smoked cream cheese and bacon, and this week's secret item of apple cinnamon bacon jam. Limited amounts so pre order or be the first to see me and yell out "dibs!"
