Thursdays are the launch of our weekly Steak/Beef specials.

After 5 pm today we are serving this:

Korean Beef Stew -
Local short rib and sirloin roast from Hodges Cattle Company, marinated in miso then braised. Served in a spicy dashi broth with potatoes, carrots and caramelized onions.
