What’s the difference between Carne Asada and Birria? 🌮

🔥 Carne Asada is steak grilled over mesquite, giving it that smoky, lightly charred flavor. It’s chopped fresh off the grill and perfect for anyone who loves a classic steak taco.

🥩 Birria is beef slow-simmered for hours until it’s rich, juicy, and fall-apart tender. It has a deeper, more savory flavor and is perfect when you’re craving something hearty.
