Good morning! Its that time of year again where we loose alot of employees from the season. We will be turning online and the phone off today to focus on the customers at hand. We appreciate ur understanding and hope to see u at lava java!

Mexico- Esquites- roasted corn, cotija, lime, chile, cilantro

Greece- Crispy feta- fried feta, honey, sesame, warm pita

Japan- Gyoza- pork and vegetable dumplings

Korea- Korean chicken bites- Gochujang glaze, scallions, sesame

Jamaica- Jerk chicken- chicken, jerk glaze, pineapple salsa

Argentina- Beef empanadas- seasoned beef, chimichurri

Middle East- Hummus board- hummus, pita, olives, pickles, za'atar

Italy- Arancini- mozzarella rice balls
