We asked, and you delivered. We’ve gone through your comments, and here’s what we’re doing at our Lavaca location:

✅ Consistency – our team is being retrained on processes to ensure chicken is cooked perfectly, portions are right, and every order is accurate.
✅ Customer service – we’re committed to faster, friendlier service. The only time we aren’t able to answer the phone is when we’re already helping guests in the restaurant — but we’re making sure you get the attention you deserve either way.
✅ Wait times – we’re tightening up our kitchen flow so food comes out quicker without losing quality.
✅ Menu requests – grilled tenders, fried green tomatoes, and brown gravy are on our radar. While our chicken strips haven’t changed, we’re doubling down to make sure every order has the same great quality you remember.

We truly appreciate the feedback and continued support. Our goal is simple: to make every visit to Mr. Kluck’s in Lavaca a great one.
