No guests under 21 permitted after 7PM. We are a production craft brewery located in Laurel, Maryland. In addition to serving our beers to hundreds of restaurants, bars and retailers across the state, we also operate a Taproom with a capacity of 150-plus people. We offer 12-15 different styles of beer for purchase by the pint, sample flights, and c

rowlers or growlers to go! In late March 2018, we expanded our Taproom with the addition of FoodWorks, which boasts an open kitchen, additional seating, and an impressive selection of shareable plates, crafted to pair perfectly with our beers. Oh—and we now serve wine and spirits by the shot!

OLD SCHOOL, DONE PROPERLY.

Crabtown Classic is our take on a true Vienna Lager - toasted bread and biscuit malt, a little caramel, roasted nuttiness and a clean lager finish.

Malty without being heavy.
Flavorful without trying too hard.

5.5%. Balanced. Ridiculously drinkable.

Sometimes you don’t need a complicated beer.
You just need a really f*cking good lager. 🍺🙊

Sometimes they’re promotions. ❤️

Colleen joined Jailbreak a couple of years ago as our Assistant General Manager.

Since then, she’s become part of the rhythm of this place... the team, our guests, the busy nights, and everything happening behind the scenes that keeps Jailbreak moving.

We've officially dropped the word “Assistant.”

Babaganoush - yogurt, pickled red cabbage, parsley, Calabrian chili, lemon + pita.

Sungold Tomato + Ricotta - pickled radish, sesame, honey, basil, fried garlic, lemon + focaccia.

Lamb Shakshouka - ground lamb, tomato, paneer, poached egg, spinach, parmesan, chives + sourdough.

Bright. Rich. Spicy. Acidic. A little unexpected.

These cabinets are doing more work than you think. 🥩✌🏼

Tomahawks. Ribeyes. Strip loins. Different cuts, different aging times, all part of the dry-aging program happening right here at Jailbreak.

And it doesn’t stop at steak!

That same program is behind the beef we use for our 60-Day Dry-Aged Burger... taking something as familiar as a burger and giving it an entirely different depth of flavor.

Dry aging is controlled time, temperature, humidity and airflow. As the beef ages, it loses moisture and naturally develops a more concentrated, complex flavor.

It takes weeks to create something you can eat in minutes.

Which raises the important question:
