Our Beef and Chicken Philly contains bell peppers, white onions, mushrooms, slices of beef or chicken, and provolone cheese.

Overview: How To Make Philly Cheesesteaks

1. Sauté the Peppers & Onions: Add the peppers and onions to skillet over medium heat and cook until soft and tender. Transfer to a plate or bowl and set aside.
2. Cook the Shaved Beef: To the same skillet, add the beef in an even layer as best you can. Break it apart while it cooks until no pink remains.
3. Add the Cheese: Separate the beef into portions and top each with sliced cheese. Cover with a lid and turn off the heat.
4. Assemble: While the cheese melts, add peppers and onions into each roll. Then use the spatula to scoop the beef mixture and flip into the roll.
