This weekend, it’s all about Loblolly Festival!

We’re excited to support another event bringing people together, and even more happy that several of our very own Laurel Food Truck Festival vendors will be there serving up some of the food and treats you know and love!

If you’re looking for something fun to do this weekend, make plans to head out, enjoy the festivities, shop with over 200+ vendors, grab something good to eat, and show so many small businesses some love!

The busy festival season is right around the corner in Mississipi!

Be sure to go checkout Peddlers' Junktion in two weeks and their semi annual Fall Flea Market & Craft Fair at PJ on October 10th!

You'll find all sorts of things with all of their festival vendors as well as their store vendors inside! Located just right on the outskirts of main Downtown Laurel.

BIG CHANGES FOR THE LAUREL FOOD TRUCK FESTIVAL!

We’ve made a decision about the future of the Laurel Food Truck Festival, and we’re hete to share it with you!
Moving forward, the Laurel Food Truck Festival will be a SPRING-ONLY event!

After hosting both a spring and fall festival the last two years, we’ve decided that we want to put our full focus into making one incredible Laurel Food Truck Festival every year — and spring is going to be our season as it is the one that flourishes everytime!

One of the biggest factors in this decision is something we all know way too well here in Mississippi — the heat! 🥵☀️
While we love bringing everyone together, the late-summer and early-fall heat can make an outdoor food festival challenging for our guests, vendors, and staff and there is simply no way to avoid it as you can't change nature. We want the Laurel Food Truck Festival to be an event where people can come out, enjoy great food, shop, listen to music, hang out with friends and family, and actually enjoy being outside and not be miserable.
We believe spring gives us the opportunity to create a much better overall festival experience as we can focus on it more.

That means you can officially start thinking of it like this:
EARLY SPRING = LAUREL FOOD TRUCK FESTIVAL
New food trucks.
New vendors.
More entertainment.
More experiences.
And one BIG festival to look forward to every spring at the Laurel Fairgrounds!
We’re incredibly thankful for everyone who has supported this festival thus far, attended our events, brought their businesses, shared our posts, and helped us grow. ❤️

And while the Laurel Food Truck Festival will be spring-only, that doesn’t mean our parent event company is done bringing an event to Laurel in the fall.
We have some new ideas in the works for the fall that will be completely different from the food truck festival — and we can’t wait to share more about one of those when the time comes!

The BIG day is tomorrow! Laurel Food Truck Festival is here! We had many trucks set up earlier today and more are coming in the morning! We've listed some of the details below so you'll know everything!

Where is the festival?
📍1457 Ellisville Blvd Laurel, Ms/Laurel Fairgrounds

What time is the festival?
⏰️ - 11am-5pm
- Ticket booth will close at 4:15PM so be sure to arrive before then!

Is there a gate fee?
💵 - Yes, there is a fee of just $1 to enter per person. We ask that you please have the exact amount in CASH for this so the line goes fast so you can get in and enjoy all the fun. We won't have an ATM on site this time.

Will there be a place to sit?
🪑- Yes, we have picnic tables placed all by a big tree in a community seating area so you'll have some natural shade, but you are also allowed to bring in your own folding chairs (not in their bag).

Is there a clear bag policy in place?
👛 - Yes per Fairgrounds rules a clear bag policy is in place so no big bags or backpacks or anything that doesn't follow the type of things listed below!

Can you bring in a cart to carry food in or children?
🛒 - Yes as long as the top is open and everything can be seen and not concealed.

Where is parking and where do you enter the festival?
🅿️ - Parking will be in the large parking lot used for the South Mississippi Fair. We ask that you DO NOT park in the VIP PARKING if you are not VIP as you will be asked to move. WE WILL ALSO HAVE PARKING ATTENDANTS SO PAY ATTENTION TO THEM.

When will the gate open?
We are opening the parking lot gate at 9:45 so we are fully prepared while VIP attendees can come through at 10:30 to have their armbands put on at gate.

Will animals be allowed?
🐕- No per the South Mississippi Fairgrounds rules no dogs will be allowed.
