Had a pretty good weekend Twin Valley Fire & Smoke BBQ Competition Saturday 7th place chicken and 12th place ribs. 9th Overall. Sunday 8th place chicken and 4th place ribs and 4th overall.

Hard to believe in 2 weeks we pull out for the ¹st bbq of the season

Busy day as we upgraded some storage in the trailer today. Organization and efficiency leads to success and productivity.

Going to be a busy couple weeks as we head off to our 1st competition in just less than 3 weeks at BBQ Gives Back KCBS Contest and then turn around and head off to Rekindled Ironman BBQ Festival .
