Fun class opportunity! Join us at our host location, Fletcher House, in Marshalltown for a charcuterie event! Thursday, June 18. Learn the basics of the board: how to build it, how to fold it, and how to pronounce it. Participants will create a small personal-sized board to take home or enjoy at Fletcher House after the class. Cost is $35 per person which includes instruction, ingredients, a disposable bamboo board, and one drink ticket! Space will be limited so register with Deanna at the Fletcher House ASAP to save your spot at the table. Check in 5:30-6, class begins at 6:00.
