🍋 Lemon Orzo Pilaf w/ Asparagus

QUICK RECIPE:
Toast orzo in butter and olive oil.
Sweat onion and garlic.
Add warm broth and simmer until glossy.
Fold in chopped asparagus just to tender.
Finish with lemon zest, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a k**b of butter.
Season and serve.
