This is great! We have made so many friends in our 35 plus years!! We are still going strong in latrobe. Our 2nd generation is on their way of making friends and happy memories at CARMINES PIZZA AND PASTA ! This week starting Tuesday 8/4 at Carmine’s Pizza & Pasta Our Summer Pasta Salad Series features our Orzo Pasta Salad, a perfectly balanced dish with English cucumbers, red peppers, purple onion, chickpeas, and crumbled Queso Fresco cheese, all tossed in our House Italian Dressing.

Our Featured Lunch Salad Special is Carmine's Cobb Salad, prepared with diced grilled chicken, bacon bits, egg, onion, and bleu cheese crumbles, served with our house-made Greek Vinaigrette.

For our Lunch Special, we are offering the Gabagool Zing Slider and Fries, which includes salami, capicola, provolone cheese, banana peppers, onions, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes and Mama Michelle's legendary House Dressing.

Carmine’s Pizza & Pasta is pleased to present our featured slices and specials for Friday.

Introducing the latest additions to our menu:
The Steakhouse Slammer. This pizza features steak, pepperoni, and bacon, all served on our signature house-made pizza sauce and generously topped with a mozzarella blend.

We are also excited to unveil another new offering: the New York White pizza. This pie is crafted with a garlic butter base, complemented by ricotta and a mozzarella blend.

Classic pepperoni and cheese slices remain consistently available.

Our renowned Grandma Sicilian special highlights our celebrated Stuffed Banana Pepper.

Mini pepperoni rolls are offered while supplies last.

Today is the last day for our NEW Fried Chicken Club Salad as a featured lunch special. This salad comprises a blend of mixed greens, crispy fried chicken, bacon bits, hard-boiled egg, red onion, tomatoes, cheese, and our signature house-made honey mustard vinaigrette dressing.

Additionally, we are featuring our Mini Meatball Sub.

Today is also the last day for our Italian Deli Dream Pasta Salad as part of our Summer Pasta Salad Series. This dish includes Gemelli pasta, ham, salami, pepper jack and Colby jack cheeses, roasted red peppers, cucumbers, black beans, and cannellini beans, all tossed in a zesty Italian dressing.
