First let me start by saying i want to thank you all for the love and support. So many wonderful people have come to try my food and its a dream come true. Im honestly overwhelmed by the response from the community and could not be prouder to be a member of this community. I also want to apologize for any inconsistency with our schedule. As many of you know i work most of the week solo and it has taken a toll on my body. The doctor says i have to take a day to rest so thats what im going to do. We will be closed today. But have no fear… i will be open tomorrow. On time, WITH HELP and the same great love for you all and the food. Thank you Latham/Niskayuna/Schenectady/Albany/Troy. I really do love you all.
