The rumors are true!

This move isn’t just about a bigger space. It gives us the opportunity to refine and focus on what we do best, create a truly curated experience, and provide the kind of hospitality we’ve always wanted Dotty Lou’s BBQ to be known for.

More importantly, this growth is necessary for our family to keep moving forward, build something sustainable, support our team, and provide for all of our families.We’re so grateful for the opportunity to grow right here in Latham. We truly love that we get to live, work, and build our business in this community.
Growth comes with a lot of moving pieces, and we’re doing our best to make this transition thoughtfully while continuing to take care of our guests and our team.

We’ll continue to operate at Galleria 7 Market while we build out our new home, which is right here in the same plaza, just across the way. Once our standalone location is open, we’ll make a decision about what’s next for our current stall space.

We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported us to this point. We can’t wait to have more seats for you, welcome you into our new home, and continue building Dotty Lou’s BBQ right here in Latham.

TEXAS TWINKIES v2.0

Hand-selected jalapeños packed with cream cheese and brisket, double-wrapped in bacon, and finished with a sticky BBQ glaze.

We’ve been tweaking the original recipe, and we have to say — these are the best yet.

Creamy, smoky, salty and sweet with just the right amount of heat. Layered with flavor and packing a punch in every bite.

We will be open for lunch today with a limited menu while we catch up on prep. We have some exciting news to share in the coming weeks, that will allow us to keep up with demand. We can’t thank you enough for the continued support!
