We want to say a massive thank you to everyone who came out to the Knicks watch party in the Albany Warehouse District last night. The turnout was absolutely spectacular even if we didn’t get that W!

Because the crowd was so massive, you nearly wiped us out of all our prepped food for the week. Our small but mighty team is currently working as fast as possible to restock, prep, and get our kitchens ready to serve for the weekend.

We are asking for your grace and patience as we close Latham to let staff rest and work on training more staff in Albany.

Our modified opening schedule is as follows:
• Lost & Found Albany Opening at 4:00 PM
• Galleria 7 Market (Latham): Closed Tuesday 6/9 - Opening at 11 AM Wednesday 6/10

We are incredibly grateful for your support and cannot wait to feed you. Thank you for bearing with us as we recover from an amazing night.

Thanks to Albany Business Review for giving us a shout out! We’re amped to be in downtown Albany this summer and excited to see what teaming up with Lost & Found Albany will bring!

The partnership comes after Lost & Found's longtime chef left in April. Owners say running a bar and a full kitchen are almost two separate businesses.

PSA: Line still going, we will sell out today at , thank you to everyone who has been showing out. We appreciate y’all. We’ll be opening our new outpost at at 4 PM.

As we adjust to this growth, our main focus is on scaling up our operations without losing the quality people expect from us. We are currently working on hiring new team members and adjusting our hours to make sure we can serve both locations effectively. Logistics and timing are huge considerations for us right now, especially since smoking meat is such a delicate balance of time and patience. We are learning how to manage those schedules across two different kitchens to ensure that every tray of BBQ meets our standards, regardless of which location our customers visit.

Have you tried our Housemade sausages? Kielbasa cured, cold smoked and rendered to keep all that fatty deliciousness in a tube.

While we may have already sold out of these links for the day, we’ll have them back on the menu for Saturday.

A reminder we will be closed on Sundays until Joe’s hand heals up. And a huge thank you to our staff and family for stepping up, providing fantastic BBQ and excellent service as always.
