We are on the shop on our day off because we are either dedicated or nuts lol. Making stuffed cabbages, pierogies, loaf cakes and more. If you make them they will come and if they buy them I'll make more. It's hard work meeting the requests of the community but well worth it! We are here to make a living, not to get rich.

And let me tell you the rest of the story because most of this review is a complete lie. And it's sad that people's first thing to do is go and give a horrible review when they can't get their way. First of all, sir, there was nothing kind about you from the get-go. You did not kindly ask for a refund. You were aggressive and had a nasty tone to your voice. My wife asked you 4 × 4 your name. So she could give you the refund, but you just wanted to argue instead. When you started dropping the f-bomb in front of all my customers at my wife, that's when I stepped off the grill and asked you to leave or I said, get out, not the entire staff. You scurried, when you saw a man step off the grill, you must have thought it was a female staff. And let me explain to you how online ordering works. Cause you apparently do not understand.
1. Online ordering is a convenience, not a quick hack to carry your food quicker.
2. You are given a time when you order online.So you don't have to rush to get your food.You know how long it's gonna be,You're also given updates.If that time changes.
3. You have the option of canceling, if you do not want to wait, you're also given an update.When your order is ready, so then you can leave your house and come get your food, grab it and go without waiting.
4. Online ordering is our third priority. When it comes to orders, the people that walk in the door and line our first priority, then phone calls, and then online. Because online is the most convenient. And you get updates and know how long it's going to be.And are alerted when your order is ready.
You either don't know about all these options or just disregard them. Thinking that you're gonna get your food faster ordering online. That is a myth. It's just an easier, more convenient way of ordering. It's for busy people, not impatient People. Had you not been so aggressive? And acted sane, we would have taken care of you and by the way, your order was literally the next one up. If you had waited 3 more minutes, you would have had it in your hand but you wouldn't give us your name. So we had no idea which order was yours. Thank you for your review.

PSA: It's way too hot in the kitchen today to make cookie dough, unfortunately Molasses spice and fudge fancy cookies are temporary out. I will try to get in at 3am when the kitchen is cool. So sorry for any inconvenience. The chocolate chip and m&m I did make yesterday,
