Growth taught me that access to me has a cost—my time, energy, and attention. I’m becoming more intentional about where I spend all three. If it doesn’t align with the assignment, I can leave it alone without guilt.

CAPTION: LEVELS OF ACCESS. 💯💯🙏🏾🙌🏾❤️

I’ve come to the realization that you can only exist with certain people on certain levels.

A human is a human—man, woman or child. Everybody comes with emotions, habits, expectations, strengths and flaws.

The lesson for me was realizing everybody doesn’t belong on every level of my life.

I can love you and still need boundaries.
I can care about you and not carry you.
I can know you and not give you full access to me.

That doesn’t make anybody better than anybody. It just means I finally understand that different relationships require different levels of access.

Some people you build with.
Some you help.
Some you love from a distance.
And some you simply let be. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Learning the difference changed a lot for me.

WE CAN ALL BE HUMAN WITHOUT ALL HAVING THE SAME ACCESS. 💯🥶

New month, new memories waiting on you.

Don’t put pressure on yourself to make everything happen at once. Just wake up, catch your rhythm and give the day a chance to surprise you.

Maybe something makes you laugh harder than expected. Maybe somebody tells you something you needed to hear. Maybe an opportunity finds you. Maybe nothing major happens and you simply have a peaceful day.

That counts too.

Life doesn’t have to be extraordinary every day to still be beautiful.

Walk into September expecting good moments, good energy and reasons to smile you haven’t even met yet.

Tuesday thought… sometimes I look at everything I’m building and laugh because half this s**t started as an idea nobody could see but me. That’s why I’ll never underestimate what can come from one crazy idea.
