The lemon tarts of my dreams! 🤤🍋 💛 House made buttery vanilla almond pastry filled with tart lemon curd, topped fresh whipped cream and raspberries. 100% from scratch (I even made the gold leaf myself 😎). Vegan pastry is not limited, it just takes time, experience and a willingness to learn new techniques 🫶🏽💚🌱
