With much gratitude, love, and appreciation, I want to express how much it meant to me that the 4th Annual Rialto Reggaefest was such a success!
That was something that I had in the works for a whole year, although the year passed too quickly. So much time was put into planning and it was bitter-sweet that it went smoothly! I even cried a bit, a few times! Just a proud moment! :)
But, of course, none of this all could’ve gone off without a hitch, without the help of everyone involved! So many to name, but you all already know who you are! From my incredible staff for helping me get setup, my brother (Juan Gabriel), for allowing us to use the place to host everyone there, all of my friends for helping the day before and day of, all of the vendors, sponsors, customers, festival patrons, sound guys, production crew, performers, artists, bands, and everyone in between!
It was such a joyous event! As everyone that attended got to see for themselves how amazingly things went! Something that I can say that we have never hosted was a Belly/Tribal/Sword/Fire Dancing, never even a Drum Circle, and those were just some of the attractions!
Face Painting, Henna Art, Live-Artesanos, Spiraling Hoops, an Emcee/Selecta, Band Merchandise, Tie Dyed Clothes, a Food Truck, Crocheted Animals, Satin Roses, Hand Sewn Hacky Sacks, Wired-Crystal Jewelry, Permanent Jewelry, Upcycled Lamps, Wood-carved signs, Hand-crafted jewelry, 3D Art, Remedy Teas, and more… were all part of the celebration!
If you missed the festival this year, then please plan for next year! We had a blast and we look forward to welcoming everyone to join us! As always, it’s a family-friendly-event! :)
Once again, a very huge, “Thank you” and “Shout out” to the bands and performers that accompanied us this past Saturday!!!
