Join Tequila Corrido Brand Ambassador for an exploration of tequila through a wine lover’s lens. Taste through a guided flight while discovering how oak, aging and thoughtful barrel selection—including wine barrels—shape aroma, texture and flavor.

This month at Wineaux UnCommons Las Vegas, we’re pouring our way through distinguished producers and compelling regions, from Napa Valley and Northern Italy to Spain, while making room at the table for tequila, cider and sake. Whether you join us for one exceptional evening or make a month of it, there is always something new to uncork, taste and explore.

All tasting events begin at 6 PM. Wineaux Club Pick-Up Parties begin at 1 PM.

Please note that Wineaux will be closed on September 7 in observance of Labor Day.

Begin with aperitivo before settling into a guided tasting of Mirafiore with Luca Busso & Stefano Qu***ia, the historic estate founded in the heart of the Langhe in 1858.

The evening unfolds through a welcome aperitivo to the iconic wines of the estate in Barolo.

LA DOLCE VITA WITH LA SCOLCA

The following evening, Piemonte takes on a more glamorous note.

Wineaux is delighted to welcome back Chiara Soldati, celebrated winemaker and fifth generation of the family behind La Scolca, for a cocktail-style evening celebrating the iconic wines of Gavi.

Hosted by Chiara, the evening will feature selections from La Scolca’s distinguished portfolio presented throughout the space, accompanied by caviar and elevated Italian canapés.

An elegant evening of exceptional Gavi, beautiful food and the unmistakable spirit of Italian hospitality.

From aperitivo to Barolo, experience Piedmont through the historic wines of Mirafiore.

Join us Wednesday, September 9, for an intimate guided tasting hosted by Mirafiore Brand Ambassador Luca Busso.

The evening begins in true Italian fashion with a vermouth aperitivo, followed by the refined bubbles of Alta Langa and two expressive reds from the Langhe—culminating in Barolo.

Founded in Serralunga d’Alba in 1878, Mirafiore offers a compelling taste of Piedmontese tradition, place, and craftsmanship. Each wine will be accompanied by thoughtfully paired small bites.

A brief pause at UnCommons, but the wine is still pouring in Summerlin. 🍷

Wineaux at UnCommons will be open throughout Labor Day weekend on Saturday and Sunday, including Coastal Sundays on September 6 from 11:30 AM–3 PM.

Our UnCommons location will be closed on Monday, September 7 in observance of Labor Day and will reopen on Tuesday, September 8.

In the meantime, join us at our location for a beautifully selected glass, a favorite bottle and something delicious from the kitchen. We’d be delighted to raise a glass with you.

A Napa Valley legacy pours into Wineaux UnCommons Las Vegas 🍷

Join us Thursday, September 3, for an intimate evening with second-generation vintner Jeremy Nickel. Jeremy will guide us through four limited-production wines from Jeremy Nickel Cellars—Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and two vintages of Cabernet Sauvignon, 2018 and 2021, tasted side by side.

Along the way, discover the stories behind the vintages, Jeremy’s approach to winemaking, and the next chapter of one of Napa Valley’s most celebrated wine families.
