1. If your heading over to our grand opening on April 27, why not pair a delicious meal with an amazing cocktail! The lychee martini is a sweet drink that pairs perfectly with the salty and savory bao buns!

2. Though we have more than our lychee martini! At opening, we’ll host a variety of different, beers, wines, and spirits. Care to have a daiquiri or an Old Fashioned? We’ll you can grab one with a meal when we open April 27th🥂

3. Perhaps you aren’t a fan of alcohol? We’ll that is perfectly fine, as Dragon 8 is home to many non-alcoholic beverages such as fountain drinks, juices, coffees, and our specialty winter melon tea! Come try it all when we open April 27!🫖

1. Get a sweet and spicy taste of Mexico with the Shrimp Tacos conceived by the managers at ! Pan fried shrimp bedded with a mango slaw on a freshly toasted tortilla comes together with a refreshing hit of lime! Try it and others at Dragon 8, opening April 27🦐🐉

2. Mamma Mia~If your looking for a taste of Italy, look forward to ’s Frittata Ravioli Morsi! These gooey fried ravioli pockets are stuffed with cheese and plant-based sausage, served with a rich marinara sauce on the side. Try it and more when Dragon 8 opens 4/27🍅🐉

3. We’re you able to try ‘s amazing Chicken Katsu Skewers? A delectable fried chicken cutlet with delicious sauce, bedded on a daikon salad! We’ll if you missed it tonight you still have a chance to grab it at Dragon 8’s opening, April 27th🍗🐉

Meet our staff!!

1. Say hi to our Sous chef! Abriana is a senior at UNLV in the hospitality program. She is currently an event and film supervisor for the Fremont Street Experience, where she has a lot of experience in working events for 10k+ people. Abriana’s favorite menu item at Dragon 8 is the pork belly bao buns!
2. Say hello to our Bar Manager and Kitchen manager! Andrew is a UNLV senior with a hospitality major and English minor. His focus is in Events and Meeting Spaces management and currently works at Norton National. His favorite menu item is the Kentucky Hot Browns! Come meet him and the rest of the managers on April 27 when we open!
3. Meet our executive chef Jin! Been a passionate food lover since the year 2000. With a background of making authentic Chinese food her whole life, she’s excited to present you our specialty dish - Pork belly bao slider. Make sure you try it on our event day - April 27!
4. Meet our dining manager, Rawon! A food lover ever since she was young, brings her passion into dining and cares about the employees and the restaurant to provide the best service environment for the guests. She has several experiences in restaurants as a server and a hostess.

5. Come meet our general manager Amber who enjoys to be in the hospitality industry. She is currently a senior at UNLV majoring in hospitality management. She had several experiences within the hospitality industry in both China and the US.

6. Meet our kitchen manager Jiacheng Lu, A young man who is strict about food and makes sure all food is safe. He has a unique view of restaurants and a different understanding of food. He hopes to feel the Chinese culture from pork belly.
