Please join us in wishing Chef Mere a very Happy Birthday!

People always ask what makes Johnny’s Express so special. The truth is, if Nate is the brains and Denice is the heart and soul, then Chef Mere is the foundation. The recipes, the standards, the work ethic, and the passion for feeding people all started with him. None of this exists without the countless early mornings, long days, and years of dedication he’s poured into this family and this community.

Happy Birthday to the man who built the foundation we’re proud to stand on. We love you, Chef.
