It is with a heavy heart that we share some difficult news from our second location at Frenger Food Court on the NMSU campus.
Our neighbor, Arik Ruiz, owner of Alma’s Kitchen, is currently facing a difficult health journey following a recent diagnosis of Stage 4 colon cancer. Just recently, we were together at the Pistol Pete event, sharing food and enjoying our NMSU community. Arik is a hardworking, dedicated business owner who has always been kind and willing to help others. Now, it is our turn to help him.
As he focuses on his treatment and recovery, we kindly ask everyone to support Alma’s Kitchen and consider donating toward his medical expenses through the link below. Thank you so much.

We wish you continued success and happiness in everything you do! And thank you, Pistol Pete, for visiting our second location at the Frenger Food Court, saying hi to everyone, and helping us give away free samples! Thank you both for always supporting our businesses!!! You both have such wonderful, kind hearts. We love and appreciate you both!
