☕️ About Brewista Coffee Shop – Part 3 ☕️
As we shared in Parts 1 and 2, Brewista started as a dream that grew through years of traveling, exploring coffee shops, and imagining what our own space could one day become.
But dreams alone don’t build coffee shops.
For years, Rosanelly and I worked hard and saved whenever we could. Even while traveling and creating memories together, we maintained a dedicated coffee shop savings fund. Every paycheck, every financial decision, and every sacrifice brought us one step closer to this dream.
Even before we found a location, Brewista was already taking shape at home. We spent days practicing drink recipes, testing flavors, and learning recipe combinations. We’d sit together talking about future menu ideas, customer experiences, and what we wanted Brewista to feel like one day. Looking back, some of our favorite memories were made during those moments…just the two of us, a few coffee cups, affogatos and a dream that felt both exciting and impossible at the same time.
Brewista was built through years of hard work, saving, sacrifice, and dedication. No lawsuit money. No settlement money.No hero programs. Just two people who believed in a dream, worked for it, and refused to give up on it.
For a long time, I kept waiting for the “perfect moment” to make this dream happen. Then an unexpected accident reminded me just how short life can be. That experience gave me the push I needed to stop waiting and finally go after what I truly wanted.
When we found this location, it didn’t look like Brewista. What we saw was potential. We spent countless hours transforming the space, pouring our hearts into every detail and creating a place that reflected who we are.
Today, when I look around Brewista, I don’t just see a coffee shop. I see months of hard work, perseverance, faith, and love.
