When you're in a business that deals with people on a regular basis they become more then customers, they become friends and family. A lot of us at Mama T's have known and served Doug, Vicki, Jon, and his best friend Jake (😊) for many years and they fall into this catagory.
As a way of helping them navigate this tragedy we have started a donation jar. Not only are we taking monetary donations, we have post it notes available if you would like to just send a thought or prayer.
For those who are unaware, Jon is a LaPorte County Sheriff's Deputy and he was shot 3 times Friday morning by someone he was offering assistance to. He is currently in stable but critical condition.
All proceeds will be given directly to the family.
All of us at Mama T's are sending our thoughts and prayers to Jon and all that know and love him.
P.S.... This was a group effort so while I appreciate everyone thanking me for doing it remember to thank my staff too! Because they're the best!

Good morning!!!
We will be closed May 2nd thru May 8th. We will be opening May 9th at 7am. Mothers Day is Sunday May 10th, if you're planning on coming in with a group of 5 or more you will need a reservation. That means start planning now😊
All reservations must be made with direct contact. In other words please, don't call the restaurant while we're closed and leave a message.
