More GREAT NEWS!
I’ve partnered with Firehouse La Porte and its owner Dudley Beyler to host intimate dinners of just 20 guests an evening on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Nights. Menu will be coming soon. We will begin in August.

In the meantime, we will be taking some time for ourselves. Starting with a food tour of New Orleans this weekend to celebrate Lisa’s Birthday!🎉

Reservation info for Firehouse La Porte will be posted soon!

I made an appointment last week for a new tattoo. Part of it has one of my favorite bible verses Exodus 14:14
“The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still.”

Within minutes after making the appointment, I began getting inquiries about all the restaurant equipment for sale, job offers, offers to let me set up my food trailer at their businesses, and even one about taking over my lease for another restaurant. GOD IS GOOD! You just have to have faith and be willing to go through those doors he’s opening for you!

Last night, Lisa surprised me with a reservation at c.12. If you don’t know about c.12 yet, you need to get to know them. c.12 is a restaurant unlike any other in the area offering just 12 seats around a U-Shaped counter with the Chef and Owner Moe Mroueh and his creations taking center stage. There is additional seating for up to 6 at a separate table just off to the side.
We had a 6 course meal on a pre-fix menu that perfectly took you on a culinary tour of Mediterranean flavors. My favorite of the evening was the final fish dish, a perfectly cooked filet of branzino over a fire roasted pepper and tomato sauce, finished with a slightly spicy jalapeño tahini sauce and a touch of chopped cilantro. If you’re an adventurous foodie looking for something different c.12 is for you!

I urge you all to give them a try. Reservations are filling fast and Moe tells me he’s pretty much booked until July with a few seats open here and there through the month. Please like and follow them on Facebook as I can assure you there are going to be so many great things coming out of this kitchen. And lots of surprises to come!

Well, sorry to say it’s official.
Tony’s Table is closed effective immediately.

We want to thank all our guests and the community for the last 2 1/2 years of their overwhelming support. You all made my dream a reality and I’m forever grateful!! Just to make things clear…It’s not due to a lack of support, the business is strong. We’ve just got some external issues working against us that no longer make it possible to stay in this location.

Although the restaurant will be closed, we will be opening the trailer in the parking lot with a limited menu Thursday June 11th. I’m hoping to open for lunch and dinner. We will be completely out of the building by July 31st. ALL COOKING EQUIPMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR SALE. If you are interested, please contact me directly at 219-900-4980

Also, the building is available through July 31st for private events. Graduations, Baby Showers, etc. with or without catering. Just give us a call to reserve the space.
