👀 WE’RE ALL EARS & ALL EYES. 👂
We want to hear from you — the good, the bad, and the things you think we could be doing better.
We’ve seen the large number of posts and comments being made from anonymous accounts, and rather than ignore them, we want to give everyone the opportunity to come directly to us and share your feedback, concerns, suggestions, and ideas.
There is no sense in hiding behind a name. If you have something to say about Waterford, we want to hear it directly from you. We have tried reaching out to people who have posted or commented about their experiences so we can understand what happened and work toward correcting the issue. Unfortunately, many times we never receive a response — the account remains anonymous, and the conversation ends there.
We understand that everyone has the right to their opinion. But when we aren’t given the opportunity to address an issue, it makes it very difficult for us to improve. These posts and comments don’t just affect Waterford — they affect real people.
We also want to be transparent about where we are right now.
We are short-staffed, and we are currently soft-launching a brand-new menu with lower prices based on what our community has been asking for. With changes like these, we know there are going to be growing pains. We understand that wait times, service, and consistency may not always be where we want them to be.
But we are listening. We are learning. And we are working to make Waterford better.
💬 Tell us what you want to see improved.
🍽️ Tell us what you think about the new menu.
📝 Give us suggestions.
❤️ Tell us what we’re doing right.
🛠️ Give us constructive feedback we can actually use.
At the same time, we want to make one thing very clear:
We will not stand for staff-shaming posts or comments.
Our employees are people too. They are working to provide for their families and loved ones. Some are working while going to school to become teachers, medical professionals, and so much more. They are learning, growing, and doing their best — especially while we are short-staffed.
If you have an issue with your experience, please ask for a manager while you are here. Give us the opportunity to hear you, understand what happened, and make it right.
And if you’d rather reach out privately, you can reach us in the comments, by phone at 219-879-9083, or by email at [email protected]. We want to hear from you, and we want the opportunity to have a real conversation.
We aren’t claiming to be perfect. We are saying that we care, we are listening, and we are willing to work for it.
And most importantly:
WATERFORD WILL REMAIN.
WATERFORD WILL PUSH THROUGH THIS TIME.
AND WATERFORD WILL COME OUT BETTER. ❤️
We appreciate every single person who continues to support us, gives us honest feedback, and believes in what we are trying to build.
So Waterford — let us have it. Tell us what you think. Tell us what you want to see. Tell us how we can do better.
We’re all ears. 👂
We’re all eyes. 👀
And we’re ready to listen.
