Can’t believe April makes ONE YEAR the doors to Top Notch Creole Creations Restaurant has been open. After early retirement from my job of nearly 15yrs in 2021 a restaurant was not a part of the blueprint. But the opportunity presented itself and I gave it a shot . I can truly say that this experience has taught me a lot. Running a full restaurant is no joke! But I thank God for my passion for food and compassion for people that is what keeps me going. I can’t express my gratitude enough to everyone that has supported since day one. “THANK YOU”. Thanks mom for rocking with me and always pushing me when I get frustrated. So much more to come from the Top Notch brand .
