☕💗 Let us pour you a "Cup of Ambition" today! 💗☕

Today is Give Like Dolly Day, a day to remember Dolly Parton and the generous, big-hearted way she lived. Few people have put more books into more little hands than Dolly did through her Imagination Library, and we can't think of a better way to honor her than to keep that going.

So for TODAY ONLY (Friday, 9/25), Gathering Grounds is offering a "Dolly Special":
🍮 16 oz. Caramel Macchiato for just $3.00!

Every penny of proceeds, plus any donations, will go to Dolly's Imagination Library, helping kids fall in love with reading.

Come by, grab a cup, and help us give like Dolly. 📚✨

Detour got you down?

Main Street might be under construction, but that just means everyone's cruising down 10th Street now — and hey, we're on 10th Street!

So next time that detour sends you our way, take it as a sign (a literal one, there's a sign out front) and swing by for a coffee. Consider it the silver lining of roundabout season in Lapel.

Detours welcome. Coffee's better than the alternate route anyway.

School is starting this Thursday, Lapel! Are you ready?

Our wonderful partners over at The McCurry'Osity Shop just restocked our shelves with fresh Lapel Bulldog gear right here at Gathering Grounds.

Stop by, grab your favorite coffee or dirty soda, and pick up your Bulldog gear before the first bell rings.

Looks like we're in for a rainy day tomorrow morning, so The Farmers Market has moved indoors! Come on into Gathering Grounds where you can shop local makers, sip a warm cup of coffee, and catch up with friends completely out of the weather. Grab a treat, browse the stalls, and stay a while in our cozy community space. We are here, so stop by and make your rainy day bright. See you in the morning!

The countdown is officially ON! 🧺

We are just five days away from our very first-ever Farmer’s Market here at Gathering Grounds! This Saturday, July 18, our little corner of Lapel is going to be buzzing with all things local, fresh, and handmade.

There’s something so special about supporting the folks right here in our own backyard. Whether it’s a jar of golden honey, a warm loaf of crusty bread, or a one-of-a-kind handmade craft, every purchase helps our community thrive just a little bit more. Plus, everything we earn beyond what it takes to keep the lights on goes right back into supporting local causes: so you can feel extra good about that morning ritual!

We’re curious... what local finds are you most excited to shop for this weekend? Are you team "fresh bread" or team "handmade crafts"? Let us know in the comments! 👇

The Village Fair was a blast, but if you’re feeling that "fair hangover" today, you aren’t alone. Between the excitement, the crowds, and the summer heat, sometimes you just need a quiet place to land.

Consider Gathering Grounds your post-fair sanctuary. We’ve turned down the volume so you can find a little peace of mind. Whether you’re looking for a slow morning at the puzzle table or a calm space to reset and catch up on emails before the week really gets moving, we have a seat saved for you.

Our recovery ritual recommendation? A smooth, creamy decaf latte or one of our refreshing boba lemonades to help you hydrate and cool off.

Come on in, find a cozy corner, and let the quiet sink in. We’re here to help you find your center again. 🕊️☕️

DUN DUN... DUN DUN... 🦈

We’re thrilled to announce that our Game of the Month for July is the Jaws board game. Whether you’re a fan of the classic movie or you just love a good game of strategy and suspense, this one is a blast to play with friends.

Stop by, grab your favorite iced latte or a refreshing dirty soda, and dive into the action. It’s available for you to play in-store all month long (along with the rest of our board game collection). It’s the perfect way to spend a summer afternoon in Lapel, whether you’re avoiding the heat or just looking for a fun place to hang out.

Remember, every visit to Gathering Grounds counts for something bigger. Since we’re a ministry of Ford Street Church, everything earned beyond our operating costs goes right back into supporting our local community.

So, grab your crew and head on over to the game table. We’ll see you soon!

It’s officially July 1st, Lapel! 🎆

Summer is in full swing, and we are kicking things off with a celebration you can taste. Our Boba Berry Lemonade is officially 25% OFF all month long!

Something special is bubbling up in Lapel this July.

As we approach the historic 250th anniversary of our country, we wanted to find a way to honor the legacy of those who served and the community we call home.

Starting July 1st, we’re offering our Boba Berry Lemonade at 25% off all month long! 🍓🍋💙

With sweet strawberry boba (the red), crisp lemonade (the white), and vibrant blue raspberry syrup (the blue), it’s a refreshing way to toast to our neighbors and our nation.

This month isn’t just about a great drink, though. It’s about connection. We’ll be spotlighting local veterans right here at Gathering Grounds throughout July to share their stories and celebrate the heart of our town.

Whether you’re stopping by for a morning ritual or lingering over a board game with friends, make your stop count for something bigger. Come grab a cold drink, say hello to a neighbor, and let’s celebrate 250 years of community together.

Stay a while, Lapel. We can't wait to see you!

Way to go, Bulldogs! 🐾🏆

We are bursting with pride today after seeing our Lapel Bulldogs shine at the THB Sports Awards. Watching our student-athletes represent this town with such heart and talent is what makes being part of Lapel so special.

While seven schools won awards, including five taking home multiple prizes, one carried home more hardware than the others by far at the Ninth Annual THB Sports Awards.
