Thank you for every celebration, power lunch, and late-night crème-brûlée run. It’s been a pleasure to serve you.

As this chapter for Bordeaux closes, we are already preparing for an all-new dining experience launching Fall 2025. Expect bold cocktails, fresh flavors, and a completely reimagined space.

In the meantime, breakfast and limited menu dinner service will continue for our hotel guests throughout the summer. Follow the Crowne Plaza for more sneak peeks.

Join us for the 2nd class of 6 in a series that will follow the premise behind the famous cocktail book "Cocktail Codex", which argues that all the cocktails we see today have derived from 1 of 6 classic cocktail recipes. This class will focus on the Sidecar and all the cocktails that have been created following it's structure. We will show you the secret behind a good sidecar, as well as how to adjust it to your personal tastes. We will explain how the components of this classic cocktail work together and how changing just one of them can result in an entirely new cocktail. The kitchen will also be creating some exquisite food pairings to go with your cocktails. Join us for a fun, interactive evening of drinks, food, and good company!
