We’ve been a little quiet on here lately, and for good reason… we’ve been busy! 🤍

Our busy season has been in full swing and we’ve been lucky enough to spend so many weekends celebrating with amazing couples and their families. 💒

Here’s a little look at a beautiful wedding we had the pleasure of catering recently at the stunning Charlevoix Yacht Club! Cocktail hour included beef sliders and caprese skewers with a balsamic glaze. For dinner, our team served prime rib with au jus, herb-crusted chicken with a Boursin cream sauce, four cheese mac & cheese, Boursin mashed potatoes, and house salad.

Every color, texture, shape, and flavor is intentionally selected and arranged to create a display that's as visually stunning as it is delicious. Depending on the size, our displays can take up to 3 hours to assemble.

Fresh fruit, colorful caprese kabobs, tomato & basil bruschetta, and our crowd-favorite meatballs made the perfect cocktail hour spread at this beautiful yacht club celebration. Every detail was designed to complement a day full of sunshine, waterfront views, and unforgettable moments. Cheers to the newlyweds!🥂🎉

It was truly a pleasure working with the both of you over the past year and watching your wedding day come to life.

Last week was the official kickoff to our busy season ✨🥂

We started things off with an MSUFCU event on Monday night featuring our comfort food favorites, creamy mac & cheese topped with our slow-smoked pulled pork and pulled pork sliders 🤩
