Come meet our newest addition .... Da Lat Lotus Honey from Vietnam. The second largest coffee producer in the world gets a bad rap when it comes to specialty coffee; while the country is the largest producer of robusta there is a hidden world of high quality beans being farmed in the south outside the resort city of Da Lat in Lam D**g province. This honey processed is full of unexpected sweetness and balance with citrusy brightness and full body. We're currently serving it on drip at the cafe. 🙌🙌

Happy Weekend!! A little rainy here on Sunday but we've got an amazing toast special for you .... homemade focaccia bread toasted with ricotta and lonsa (a tomato condiment that's stewed with herbs and spices). Trust us when we say it's a 🔥 combination. Drizzled with a little basil oil.
