After a crazy few days I have found myself greatful for having carnitas cooked, shredded chicken in small containers, homemade mayo, and hot sauce it the big bottles.

The weekly line up:
Spicy Salmon Rolls - salmon mixed with cilantro wasabi mayo, cucumber and avocado slices wrapped in nori.
Thai Lettuce Wraps with shredded chicken, carrots, onions and a drizzle of peanut sauce.
Pork Loin with porcini and carmelized onion gravy on a bed of sauteed baby spinach. #

On the menu for this week:

Pork meatballs with cilantro and onions
Salmon cakes
Chicken breast shredded
Spaghetti squash
Hard boiled eggs.
Sweet potato noodles.

Also on hand ' peanut' sauce, green beans, peppers, salad greens, and freshly made mayo.
