🌼 Introducing a fresh new look for Flower House Café and Bayview Garden. From family farm, to education, to community ties, to common table at Flower House, we are honored to share our families passions with the people and place we love dearly.

This new name and look comes from months of work, with lots of collaboration and reflection – made possible by years of your support. We look to the future to continue to evolve and are grateful to be able to celebrate our roots, together.

To honor this evolution, we are pleased to present this new look and merging of Flower House Café with the Bayview Garden social accounts, just as we are under one family and one community. Visit our new websites and experience the new branding in person at both Bayview Garden and Flower House Café; we love our new look!

Introducing: Lighthouse at Flower House ✨ We are delighted to be working with Lighthouse Roasters to feature their artisan coffee in our espresso beverages. If you aren’t familiar, Lighthouse is an independent and locally owned Seattle coffee roaster that has been producing fine specialty coffees since 1993. We’re certain you’ll fall for their Roaster’s Blend, just like we did. New artisan coffee roaster, same hand-crafted Flower House espresso beverages, made with love. Read below for a letter from Lighthouse CEO and stop by soon for a cuppa! 💛

Transitions🌻 Since we opened our cafe, we have proudly served Useless Bay Coffee Co. in all of our hand-crafted espresso and coffee beverages. As many of you know, UBCC made the announcement last month that they would be closing their roasting operation after 15 amazing years. While we will miss working with their delicious coffee, we are honored to have had the opportunity to work closely with Des all these years. He is truly a master of his craft and we will be forever grateful to him for lending his guidance, expertise and – of course – his beautiful coffee with us. Thank you to Des, Tracy and the entire family for all you have done for us and for our community. 💛

☕️ With that being said, we have been working behind the scenes to carefully select a new roaster and we are thrilled to debut our new coffee to you very soon. The cafe will close early today, at 2pm, on Thursday, September 22nd, in order for our staff to train on the new coffee and dial in the Flower House coffee experience you know and love. New artisan roaster, same hand-crafted espresso beverages.

It's almost taco time! 🌮 Get some of Manuel’s island-famous tacos at the After Hours Soirée tonight, Friday Sept 9th starting at 5pm! We’ll be serving up slow roasted chicken, chipotle pork and/or veggie tacos with all the fixins’ while you groove to music from local bands and shop the Bayview Garden sales! Plus, house made horchata and pineapple-lime-mint spritzers (n/a versions, too)!
