We sold nearly 1000 burgers yesterday!! Which means we’re out. We can’t open today, and we’re sorry.

We’re still in shock. Thank you doesn’t feel like enough, but thank you. To everyone who’s come back once, twice, three times already. To everyone waiting in line, sharing the word, and believing in what we’re doing here. We feel it!

All week, we’ve been making multiple trips a day to the butcher shop to keep fresh local beef in stock. We’ve stacked buns to the ceiling, made enough goop to fill up a bathtub, and cooked as hard as we possibly could.

We sold an entire cow yesterday. Good beef takes time to get right, and we’d rather close than serve you something frozen or rushed.

We are truly sorry to anyone who had plans to come or shows up hoping to grab a burger today and ask you to please share this so folks know.

Sold out!! Over 400 burgers again today…

Thank you to every single one of you. We cooked as hard and as fast as we could, and it still wasn’t enough to keep up with y’all. We promise to keep improving, expanding the menu, and bringing you good food.

We will be closed tomorrow and return to normal business hours on Tuesday.

Grand opening today. OTB is now open!

Doors open at 11. 2152 Stanford Road, Lancaster.

We're keeping the first weekend simple: four core burgers. It lets us give every plate the attention it deserves while we find our feet. More is coming soon.

We've got epic sandwiches on the way. We're bringing chicken to the menu, our feta and spinach chicken sausage is already dialed in and delicious. We're working on kids' portions so the whole family has something to love. We've also been nailing down a scratch veggie burger, because we're hearing you, and we want good food on the table for every kind of eater.

We start with the burgers, because we're Old Time Burger. Can't wait to meet you today, all weekend and then on Tuesday and then on the next day and then the next day … because we OPEN NOW Woooooooooooooo!!

The Goop has been a closely guarded secret for years… the kind of thing local folks knew by taste but never by recipe. It’s a local legend, and we’re honored to serve it.

It goes on the burger, the fries — honestly, it’d taste good on your shoe. Some secrets are worth keeping. This one’s worth sharing, one burger at a time.

This beef never left Lancaster.

It was raised here. Processed at our butcher shop. And today, for the first time, it was cooked over fire and served as a burger.

Never frozen. Never shipped across the country. Never touched by a factory. Just local beef, handled by people who care about it at every single step, finally arriving at its moment.

Lancaster, we open July 10th.

We thought we’d be open by now!

That was the plan. We were hoping to be serving crazy good, locally sourced, juicy burgers this past weekend, but the truth is we’re still probably at least a month away.

We’re taking the time to get the building, systems, and food up to the standard we believe this place and the community deserves from day one. We want Old Time Burger to feel like it belongs here, not like something thrown together fast.

We’re thankful for the support already. Every comment, message, and person asking when we’re opening means a lot.

We’re getting closer. Just not quite there yet.
