Sarah Jo Eversole: "Uncovering a Lancaster Gem - Resilient Flowers for Your Garden."
Sarah Jo, a native Texan, Everbloom Fields—a micro flower farm nestled behind her historic 1878 farmhouse in Lancaster. For over a decade, she has cultivated cut flowers for a variety of esteemed organizations, designers, and events throughout North Texas. Her notable collaborations include providing flowers for the Dallas Museum of Art’s Art in Bloom event featuring UK Royal Florist Shane Connolly, the Texan by Nature Conservation Summit at the SMU Presidential Library, and fundraisers and events for the Dallas Holocaust Museum, the Dallas Arboretum, the Dallas Women’s Club, and the Say Their Name Memorial at Klyde Warren Park.

Her work has garnered recognition in several prominent publications, including Floret Farm’s Small Plot book, Edible DFW Magazine, D Magazine, The Slow Flowers Podcast, The Team Flower blog, and The Flower Podcast. Most recently, she was featured in The Flower Farmers, a new release from Bloom.Imprint publishers by Debra Prinzing and Robin Avni.

Sarah Jo’s passion lies in growing cut flowers, supporting native species, and embracing a philosophy that celebrates all things local.
