OPERATION CANCELED~ My agreement with the landlord was, I could stay there til he found someone or I could bring the rent up to the rate he wanted it, well he found a party to do that such thing and sign a long term lease. So I had a long good bye a few weeks ago and decided not to put myself through that again!
