Once in a while, we get opportunities to do something out of the ordinary. This is the first video in our series highlighting the Courses & Cocktails event held last week for 6 lucky guests. Here you see the care and pride of the back of house culinary team.

Our collaborative project with Lancaster Distilleries offered an extravagant 9-course food and drink exploration. The concept was based on seasonality, community, and the partnership of working with another local business to create something truly special.

This was a feat neither could complete alone and together the result was original, delicious, and exciting.
