A record breaking Sunday at The Italian Steakhouse. Thank you All! Our customers are coming from as far as West Virginia, Cincinnati and of course hocking Hills and our local Lancaster Family.

Our new Classic Garlic Bread is a big hit. I never imagined we would draw from such a big market. Our Steakhouse menu with authentic Italian fare is a winning combination. Thanks All!

PS. I got a work out on pizza station. Take out was very busy as well as full dining rooms. We seated our last customers at 7:15. I made final rounds and equipment checks at 9:30. My team at Alfonso’s are Top Notch. Thanks

Come try my NEW Alfonso’s Classic Garlic Bread. Made with a Crusty Italian Peasant Round Bread. The bread is baked daily at our Italian Bakery. Tonight was a big steak night. And the vegetable lasagna was flying out of kitchen.

Great things happening at Alfonso’s. We are excited to announce the return of our opening GM, Karl Schosek. Karl was instrumental in our successful opening. We are thrilled he is returning to our family. We have made some staffing changes to better your expierences when dining here.

We have a new menu coming out in fall. Many new freshly baked goods coming from our bakery in Nelsonville. I am rolling out a new garlic bread plate. Our farm to table program is second to none. We offer the freshest products possible. Thanks to all our customers. We love you all and value your patronage and support. Change is awkward for most of us but it’s extremely necessary and a must to guarantee improvement and a better workplace for all! My team is my family and I work diligently to give them the tools to be successful and a work environment that’s warm, professional and gratifying to all. Our team is my family. I’ll move mountains to make their work place as comfortable,enjoyable and financially rewarding as possible. I’m very excited Karl is rejoining our team and going to bring us to the next level.

Meet Karl. Our New GM!!! Actually Old GM! Karl is returning as he opened the restaurant with us in 2023. He is returning after a year away from our family. lol. We love him. Great GM! We needed to make some needed changes as we’re growing. We value everyone that have grown with us and greatly appreciate there efforts and commitment. Karl has an extensive background in hospitality and the knowledge to bring us to new heights. We love the neighborhood feel in our dining rooms and being a part of the Lancaster community is worth its weight in gold! Thx all for taking these roads with us. Love Alfonso. 😎❤️😎
