It's Midweek Salad Wednesday at Josie's Pub, and this one is a summer showstopper.

Our Summer Salad features strawberries, blueberries, candied pistachios, sweet pickled shallots, and pepper-crusted goat cheese atop mixed greens, all tossed in a house-made blueberry honey vinaigrette.
