The rooftop was sizzling at VeloCity⚡️2026 as some of Lancaster’s talented chefs brought their best bites - and our VIP guests had the delicious job of choosing a winner!
🥇 Congratulations to Chef Amos Kinert, owner of Callaloo Trinidadian Kitchen, winner of the 𝗩𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁🍽️𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻!

Chef Amos served up jerk-marinated, hot-smoked chicken wings over roasted butternut squash purée and charred corn, finished with crispy plantain chips - a bold combination that earned the most votes from VeloCity VIP guests.

👏 A huge thank you to every chef and restaurant that brought incredible flavor, creativity, and energy to the VeloCity rooftop.
