To our friends in the food, events, vending, and entertainment community, thank you for continuing to share your talents and bring life to our gatherings. To the organizers, your collective strength, care, and thoughtfulness create the spaces that allow all of us to come together and feel supported. Without you, these moments simply wouldn’t exist.

And to our community, your endless support means everything to us. We truly wouldn’t be here without you.

Food means a lot to restaurant owners. Every dish comes from time, care, and the people behind it who truly want to share something good with their community.

We’re really grateful to be part of Lancaster Restaurant Week. It’s a chance for restaurants to share something unique and connect with the people who support us every day.

This spring, we’re introducing our Fortune Cookie Ice Cream. Something fun, a little nostalgic, and made with the hope of leaving you with a bit of luck.

The pizza stood out immediately. The dough had the perfect balance of moisture, soft yet structured, and clearly not overworked. You could taste the care in it, especially with just the right touch of olive oil bringing everything together without overpowering the crust. Baked in a brick oven, it had that ideal char, crisp on the outside and airy on the inside.
The atmosphere made it even better. The space felt relaxed but full of life, with people laughing, good music playing in the background, and a steady breeze drifting through. It is the kind of place where time slows down just enough to enjoy every bite. An easy, perfect spot for lunch where both the food and the vibe come together.

I looked the place up and saw a bar, lobster rolls, and all the seafood I had been craving, so we decided to go. Pulling up and seeing a long line instantly made me wonder if we’d even get a table. As I went to add our name to the list, I learned it was actually a Michelin starred seafood restaurant. Suddenly, the wait made perfect sense, and the stars aligned for an unexpected dining experience.

And honestly, I loved it. The food had the perfect balance of sweet and salty thoughtful without feeling overdone. I ordered something I knew I couldn’t get just anywhere, bluefin tuna with salad and anchovies, and it was spectacular. One of those meals that stays with you long after you leave.

The lesson? Google showed a 4.3 rating, and I almost let that shape my expectations. I had no idea they earned a Michelin star in 2025. You can’t let ratings or a few reviews stop you from trying a place. Sometimes the best experiences happen simply because you decided to give something a chance.

There are moments when we pause and realize just how lucky we are.

Owning a business is never easy, but what makes it all worth it is the people standing beside us every day.

We may be a small team, but we are a mighty one. A group that truly wants to be here, that shows up for each other, supports one another, and helps carry this dream forward together.

Some of our favorite moments happen when we slow down and share a meal together. Sitting around the table, laughing, telling stories, and talking about where we each are in life right now reminds us that this business is more than work. It’s connection. It’s community. It’s people growing alongside one another.

To our small but mighty group, thank you for believing in us and in what we’re building together. We are incredibly grateful for every single one of you 💛
