When Barry’s closed in 2017, I felt like a piece of my life was gone forever. This weekend it dawned on me that Barry’s was never just the commercial aspect of our family business, but rather a place our community gathered and supported one another.

Thank you to everyone who shared heartfelt stories about my family over the past week. Thank you to the old Barry’s customers who came just to see the sign one more time. Thank you to all of our Endo family who visited. And thank you to everyone who visited us for the first time during our soft launch.

We will officially remain opened from 8-6:30pm this week- as we begin build out on our patio seating and developing our corner market. We are reading through the suggestion box but you can also comment here items you’d like to see. The market will take 2-3 weeks to get fully operational as we line up our farmers and producers.

In the first picture Jamie and I stand in front of my great grandfathers original cash register from 1931. To have it running once again really made it all special.

Let people be happy.

Those words are the truest embodiment of what we hope Endo Collective represents.

Today, we open our doors to the public for the first time.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us on this journey. We can’t wait to share the story behind this space and welcome you into it.

It’s been incredibly rewarding for Jamie and me to build this together during such a challenging time for our industry. But the most meaningful part of this project has been rebuilding a chapter of my father’s and my life that we thought had been put away forever.

Turns out it was just on pause.

Much love,

Endo

Endo collective Soft Launch 5/30 & 5/31

10am group ride 5/30 lead by from the collective as well.

As long as our final occupancy inspection goes smoothly on Friday, we’ll officially be opening to the public this weekend.

The market won’t be fully operational yet, and the patio seating is still coming together, but we’re ready to start testing the flow of the café and welcome everyone into the space.

What a year it’s been fighting to make this happen. From losing a commercial loan, to navigating the uncertainty of a looming h**p ban, we still trusted ourselves enough to keep pushing forward.

Seeing this beautiful space come to life in our little river town has been incredibly rewarding during one of the most challenging periods our industry has faced. We’ve always believed Endo represents more than just a product line. Our physical spaces, our community involvement, our history, and projects like the upcoming are a testament to that vision.

We can’t wait to finally show you all what we’ve been building.

PS-Our electrolyte packaging landed today too… so those products should be launching very soon 👀

See y’all soon down here at the Susquehanna beach

On June 18, 1989, Barry’s Country Food Market moved from its small corner store into its “modern day” market in Craley, PA. Our Barry’s sign was hung and we celebrated our grand opening.

It was also Father’s Day. And it was the day I was born.

My grandparents and dad proudly served our community for almost 87 years. I can only imagine the excitement my dad felt that day, opening a new store while becoming a father for the first time. They named me Barry, the 3rd Barry to be exact (which is why I go by my middle name).

In 2017, we shut down Barry’s after years of struggle when our wholesaler went bankrupt. My grandparents lost their stock, and my dad had to figure out his next chapter. I grew up in those aisles. I learned community, work ethic, business, and how to shoot flies with rubber bands. Jamie was by my side through all of it.

Last Friday, we said goodbye to my grandma Daune.

She designed this sign and held our store together like glue. Two weeks ago, after the news came down, she got to see a clip of her sign hanging in our new shop. The last time we ever spoke, she made me promise to never let the world change me. To always be myself no matter what.

It’s hard not to let politics and the fights ahead jade your worldview these days. But I know I won’t let her down on that promise.

Today, our family hangs the Barry’s sign once more.

One side will hang beside our market. The other will carry the Endo name and, hopefully, serve our community for another 87 years. I know we’ll do it with the same heart and care.

Endo Collective is about combining our past, present, and future. Honoring the slower moments in life. Creating a place where everyone feels welcome, no matter their age. A place that blends outdoor recreation with river town charm.

Every single piece of Endo Collective is reclaimed. Not one new piece of equipment was bought. We wanted to build something with history, character, and intention.

Alongside opening the Collective, we’ve also begun work on the . Construction on the bike park beside the Collective and our new trail system will begin shortly as well.

Goal is to do a soft launch next weekend🤞🏼stay tuned
